The Tech Giant company Apple launched it's one of the popular iOS app Apple music beta for android.

It has same sets of features as it is in iOS. Similar music feature, interface, settings, options, curated playists, music recommendation, connect to update with fav artist, radio, Beats One Radio station etc.

There is no voice control for this app as of now in android.

AS this is just a beta version, so user can expect a lots of improvement on this. But the sound quality and volume will depend on the hardware of the android phone.
