1. Open IDM (Internet Download manager), if you don't have download from HERE, install it and open it.
2. Open your video streaming site.. search your video and play it.
3. After playing you will get a pop-up from IDM (Download audio from this page) see below...

4. Click on the popup..It will so something like this...

5. Choose any one..or based on the extension. It will show like this. Then click on Start download.
